Justice Ann Walsh Bradley told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel that Prosser, a conservative who narrowly won reelection in April during a campaign widely viewed as a referendum on the governor, put his hands on her neck, the paper reported Sunday.
Bradley, a liberal justice, told the paper: “The facts are that I was demanding that he get out of my office, and he put his hands around my neck in anger in a choke hold.”
And while Prosser declined to comment specifically on the incident for the record — as did his four colleagues — his defenders in the blogosphere are attacking Bradley, with one suggesting she be recalled for making the allegation.
